1. The initial contact

  • It starts by you contacting me, via Phone, Email or LinkedIn.
  • I'll ask you to define your problem and any challenges causing it.
  • Based on our initial talk, I will be able to tell if I would be the right one.
  • If we both believe it makes sence to continue collaborating.
  • I'll set up an online introduction meeting and invite you via email.

2. The introduction

  • We explore your main problem and any challenges causing it, further.
  • I start by listening to you needs and wishes and we'll share expectations to future collaborations.
  • We make a plan regarding the level, topics to cover and sessions to allocate.
  • If we decide it makes sense to continue our collaboration, we select a pricing plan.
  • We plan our first session (online or onsite).

3. The sessions

  • You receive invites, via email, to our planned sessions, lectures and collaborations.
  • You're expected to pay before each planned session, unless we have another agreement.
  • The purpose of the session is reiterated when starting a session.
  • If you are unable to attend an agreed session, please notify me a.s.a.p. at least 24 hours prior.
  • If you miss an agreed session and I'm not notified, as mentioned above, it will cost you 1 hour.
